  1. Supervise day-to-day operations of the HR department.
  2. Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  3. Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave management.
  4. Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Handle employee concerns, inquiries, and disciplinary actions in coordination with the HR Manager.
  6. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  7. Support performance evaluation and employee development programs.
  8. Coordinate with payroll and finance for timely and accurate salary processing.
  9. Assist in organizing training sessions, company events, and employee engagement programs.
  10. Ensure company compliance with labor regulations and workplace safety requirements.
  11. Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and hiring status.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related (essential)
  • With at least 2-3 years professional experience in the end to end process of recruitment and other facets of HR Function
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Highly computer literate
