Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment activities, compliance monitoring, and administrative tasks for Filinvest. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Providing valuable support in day-to-day recruitment activities. Monitoring and tracking candidate compliance on pre-employment requirements, including online exam administration, background check facilitation, pre-employment medical endorsements, and document completion. Delivering general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as requests for payment, document preparation, and filing. Maintaining inventory of recruitment materials and brand collaterals. Ensuring 100% on-time payment processing. Organizing and keeping recruitment documents. About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to monitor and track compliance with pre-employment requirements. Proficiency in document preparation, filing, and inventory management. Attention to detail and commitment to on-time processing.
