Mortgage Loan Processor Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about helping clients through the loan process? We’re looking for a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely loan submissions from application through settlement. What You’ll Do: ✅ Review initial loan applications for accuracy and completeness (approximately 10 per week) ✅ Gather, verify, and analyse financial and personal documentation including credit reports, tax returns, pay slips, and bank statements ✅ Prepare and submit loan packages to underwriting for approval ✅ Communicate and coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, clients, title companies, and third-party vendors ✅ Ensure all documentation meets company policies and regulatory standards ✅ Track and update loan status, ensuring stakeholders remain informed ✅ Resolve documentation or credit discrepancies, requesting further details as needed ✅ Schedule and prepare closing documents with the closing team ✅ Maintain accurate records in accordance with auditing requirements ✅ Conduct post-settlement reviews Skills & Competencies: ✨ Proficiency in loan origination systems (e.g., MyCRM, Apply Online) ✨ Strong experience in income verification (PAYG & self‑employed) ✨ Excellent organisational and time‑management skills ✨ Strong written and verbal communication abilities ✨ High attention to detail and accuracy ✨ Ability to work independently and collaboratively Education & Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in loan processing or mortgage broking Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred, not essential) Technical Requirements: Equipment is self‑provided USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps Dual Monitor Benefits of Contracting with Wingman: Discretionary Bonus – not a 13th month pay, entirely subject to company discretion.
