Inventory Management Specialist – Makati City, National Capital RegionJob Description
What you'll be doing
- Act as the main Point of Contact between the client proponent and the team (downlines).
- Assign and manage daily tasks to downline members, monitor progress, and balance workloads.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to escalate operational challenges and performance issues promptly.
- Address and resolve concerns within your level, ensuring a smooth workflow and team satisfaction.
Strategic Implementation & KPI Management
- Develop, communicate, and execute strategies designed to meet and exceed KPI targets.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust plans to optimize results.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one support to guide downlines toward KPI attainment.
Inventory Oversight & Process Optimization
- Oversee inventory control processes including netting, forecasting, inspection coordination, and reporting.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity by validating reports, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventories.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with SCM staff, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, and Vendors to synchronize operations.
- Represent inventory needs in WMS/ERP discussions and lead adoption of improved tools or workflows.
- Facilitate communication with other departments to align forecasts, inspections, pullouts, and reporting cadence.
Problem-solving & Escalation Management
- Proactively monitor key processes and identify deviations.
- Provide root cause analysis for issues and execute resolution plans or escalate when needed.
- Serve as a mentor to team members, engaging them in problem-solving and growth.
Operations Execution (as needed)
- Collect and Analyze Supply Chain Data
- Maintain Inventory Procedures and Master Data Integrity
- Generate and Update Reports and Dashboards
- Collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams
- Drive Continuous Process Improvement
- Conduct Issue Resolution and Data Quality Audits
- Coordinate Inspection Activities and Follow-Ups
- Perform Semi‑Annual Inventory Audits
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- With experience in vendor/subcon management.
- Served as a key point of contact—coordinating with clients and delegating tasks to the team.
- Skilled in identifying issues and implementing solutions via root cause analysis.
- Strong eye for detail with a focus on improving processes.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across departments.
- Organized multitasker who can work independently and take ownership.
Job Description
ABOUT THE POSITION
Primarily provides office and operations support as to inventory; develops database and maintains record system; provides inventory - administrative support in all areas by overseeing inventory - administrative decision.
- Responsible for providing general administrative services and support but not limited to the admin department, facilities management, and executive requirements.
- Performs general staff assistance including documentation services, coordination, and relaying information to support other departments.
- Manages and creates admin database information and is responsible in record monitoring and safekeeping of all admin-related documents.
- Produces admin-related reports.
- Performs inventory management either manually or on a computer and maintains its data.
- Marks the stock using a variety of means.
- Cleans and maintains the stock room and the office supplies, uniforms, and all J&T equipment in the stock room.
- Examines items in inventory for defects, wear, or damage, and reports this information to the admin manager. Maintains records of damaged stock and damaged stock room materials.
ABOUT YOU
- Degree in a program of study related to Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration, Associate's Degree, or a combination of education and experience
- 1 – 2 years experience in the same role
- Above average oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Can work with limited supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Can prepare reports
- With keen attention to detail.
- Ability to make decisions on matters involving immediate problem-solving within his/her area of control.
- Responsible and result–oriented
- Team player

Qualification
- Demonstrate high level of integrity and honesty
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 1-year experience in Asset and Inventory Management
- With proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- With prominent communication skills, keen to details, and organized record-keeping skills
- Has a team-player, customer-centric and innovative work attitude
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all assigned assets (e.g., equipment, tools, furniture, computers).
- Work with purchasing for receiving and tagging new assets.
- Assign assets to employees or departments with proper documentation.
- Ensure return or transfer of assets when employees resign or transfer.
- Tag and label company assets using asset numbers or barcodes
- Coordinate the disposal of obsolete, damaged, or excess assets.
- Follow company policies for asset disposal (e.g., approval process, documentation, environmental compliance).
- Conduct regular physical inventory count and reconcile with the system records.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to assets.
- Collaborate with Finance for asset capitalization and depreciation tracking.
- Organizing and maintaining the office supplies inventory from releasing to stock replenishment.
