Inventory Management Specialist

Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the main Point of Contact between the client proponent and the team (downlines).
  • Assign and manage daily tasks to downline members, monitor progress, and balance workloads.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to escalate operational challenges and performance issues promptly.
  • Address and resolve concerns within your level, ensuring a smooth workflow and team satisfaction.

Strategic Implementation & KPI Management

  • Develop, communicate, and execute strategies designed to meet and exceed KPI targets.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust plans to optimize results.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one support to guide downlines toward KPI attainment.

Inventory Oversight & Process Optimization

  • Oversee inventory control processes including netting, forecasting, inspection coordination, and reporting.
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity by validating reports, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventories.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with SCM staff, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, and Vendors to synchronize operations.
  • Represent inventory needs in WMS/ERP discussions and lead adoption of improved tools or workflows.
  • Facilitate communication with other departments to align forecasts, inspections, pullouts, and reporting cadence.

Problem-solving & Escalation Management

  • Proactively monitor key processes and identify deviations.
  • Provide root cause analysis for issues and execute resolution plans or escalate when needed.
  • Serve as a mentor to team members, engaging them in problem-solving and growth.

Operations Execution (as needed)

  • Collect and Analyze Supply Chain Data
  • Maintain Inventory Procedures and Master Data Integrity
  • Generate and Update Reports and Dashboards
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Strong eye for detail with a focus on improving processes.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across departments.
  • Organized multitasker who can work independently and take ownership.

Inventory Management Analyst

Location: Makati City, National Capital Region

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Management Analyst to monitor, control, and optimize inventory across our supply chain. The role involves inventory management and responsible for trade inventory accounting, including inventory transfer accounting, make-up or break-up of inventory accounting, and proper inventory cost accounting in determining cost of sales. Moreover, the analyst serves as the primary owner of the following General Ledgers in SAP B1: Trade Accounts Receivable; Sales Discounts and Allowances.

Qualifications

  • BS in Business with emphasis in Accounting or Accounting Management
  • Preferably 1-year experience in Cost Accounting
  • Experienced in running an accounting system doing month-end closing activities, preferably SAP B1
  • Proficient in Spreadsheet modeling (MS Excel)
  • With high customer relations and customer communication skills
  • Able to take initiative and perform tasks efficiently with less supervision

Inventory Management Supervisor

Role: Inventory Management Supervisor is responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the department to ensure effective and efficient operations. Maintain accurate records of all cylinder inventory of all plants and ensure that all Inventory procedures and standards are accurately and completely met.

Position Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With experience at least 1 year of Inventory Management

Principal Accountabilities:

CYLINDER MANAGEMENT

  • Monitoring Compliance of all Cylinder Controllers to Inventory Monitoring Templates of cylinders on a daily basis.
  • Consolidate and update superior on cylinder variances of all plants for proper action plan.
  • Consolidate and update superior on all cylinder book balance of each plant at any given time.
  • Monitor and Update superior regarding availability of cylinders to all plants.
  • Receiving and Compilation of all Material Request forms of cylinders.
  • Keep records of all approved MRF with attachment of supporting documents
  • Monitor and update superior regarding consolidated plant's cylinder transactions.
  • Monitor and Validate cylinder movements such as plant-to-plant transfer and cylinder safekeeping, if applicable.
  • Keeps on monitoring the status of the truck for cylinder hauling thru GPS.
  • Issuance and Liquidation of allowance for Toll fee and other delivery expenses for cylinder hauling.
  • Follow all work-related instructions and assignments provided by the immediate superior

DATA MONITORING & REPORTING

  • Submit consolidated summary of various cylinder transactions and statuses
