The Opportunity Join our dynamic team as our Billing and Collection Specialist. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the billing and collection processes to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments. This position plays a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our organization and supporting our mission to provide high-quality healthcare services. Key Responsibilities Accurately process and submit insurance claims and patient invoices in a timely manner Follow up on outstanding payments and work closely with patients and insurance providers to resolve billing discrepancies Maintain detailed records of all billing and collection activities Assist in the implementation of new billing and collection procedures to improve efficiency Provide excellent customer service to patients and liaise with internal departments to address billing-related queries Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure the integrity of financial data Stay up-to-date with relevant healthcare billing and collection regulations and policies What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in a billing and collections role within the healthcare industry Strong understanding of medical billing and coding practices, as well as familiarity with insurance policies and claim processes Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders Proficient in using billing and accounting software, as well as Microsoft Office suite Meticulous attention to detail and problem‑solving skills to handle complex billing and collection issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets What We Offer HMO upon regularization Generous paid time off Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Collaborative and inclusive company culture About Us We are a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services in the Philippines.
