We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill the Billing and Collection Supervisor role.

The Billing and Collection Supervisor directs and monitors the activities of the billing and collection unit, ensuring that the entire process is properly implemented in accordance with existing operational procedures and policies.

  • Ensure that collection functions are carried out efficiently and completely to meet collection targets in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that all receivables (e.g., premiums or membership fees, replenishment of TPA revolving funds, medical collectibles, access fees, etc.) are properly billed, monitored, and collected on time.

  • Review the Adjustment Slip Form (ASF), prepared by the Accounts Receivable Specialist before submission to the Department Head for final approval.

  • Addresses all concerns or requests related to billing and collection.

  • Recommend strategies and procedures to improve departmental processes.

  • Maintain a motivated and high-performing staff within the billing and collection department

  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of the following reports:

    • Monthly collection projections

    • Fund reviews for TPA accounts

  • Represent the company in internal departmental meetings and with external clients concerning billing and collection matters.

Qualifications:

Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course

  • With 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiar with accounting-related applications/software

  • With good communication skills

  • Willing to work onsite, Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

  • Office Location: Meralco Ave, Pasig City (across Estancia Mall)
