Job Responsibilities Platform Partnership & Campaign Management Act as the main point of contact with TikTok platform teams. Plan, execute, and optimize end‑to‑end campaign projects in collaboration with TikTok. Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and propose actionable strategies. Livestream & Creator/Host Management Train and manage TikTok hosts/creators to ensure high‑quality livestream sessions. Develop content and performance strategies to maximize livestream sales. Monitor and improve livestream KPIs, including GMV, conversion rate, and viewer engagement. E‑commerce Operations Lead day‑to‑day operations of TikTok Shop campaigns and promotional activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless execution. Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional mechanics to boost sales and visibility. Job Qualifications 2+ years of hands‑on experience in TikTok e‑commerce operations. Graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven track record as a campaign project manager with direct collaboration with TikTok platform teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
