Job Description The Senior / Lead Front End developer will be a key team player in managing technical deliverable. This is a technical role first and foremost, with coaching responsibility. It is not a full people management role. You will be responsible in the technical quality of our code base and deliver high performance front end application. Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly frontend web applications, with ReactJS or VueJS. Collaborate closely with backend developers and designers to implement high-quality user interfaces. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot any UI/UX issues. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing, including coaching junior team members. The Successful Applicant A Successful Senior / Lead Frontend Developer should have: A strong background in frontend development, with expertise in ReactJS or VueJS a must. Experience in building and optimizing web based applications for product based company (payment, ecommerce, marketplace, aggregators, etc). Strong communication skills able to work with global peers, managing deadline and navigating challenges and obstacles as a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
