YOUR ROLE
  • Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and capabilities in assessing customer architecture; design secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform; communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business stakeholders; and provide a delivery framework that ensures quality and success
  • Collaborate with internal technical architects and leads to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and define technical architectures and solution designs from business and/or technical requirements
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the designed systems and guide customers on best practices and guidelines on systems integration and use
  • Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment. Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment
  • Design and develop proof of concepts (POCs) as needed, integrating new components with back office systems during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration strategies
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to gain the required knowledge to perform these tasks
YOUR PROFILE
  • 8+ years of experience including 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com projects, preferably in the Financial Services domain
  • Good understanding of Salesforce functionality
  • Knowledge and understanding of Financial Services Cloud instance
  • Preferably with Insurance background
  • Financial Services certification background & certification is a plus
