YOUR ROLE Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and capabilities in assessing customer architecture; design secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform; communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business stakeholders; and provide a delivery framework that ensures quality and success Collaborate with internal technical architects and leads to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and define technical architectures and solution designs from business and/or technical requirements Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the designed systems and guide customers on best practices and guidelines on systems integration and use Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment. Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment Design and develop proof of concepts (POCs) as needed, integrating new components with back office systems during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration strategies Communicate effectively with team members and customers to gain the required knowledge to perform these tasks YOUR PROFILE 8+ years of experience including 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com projects, preferably in the Financial Services domain Good understanding of Salesforce functionality Knowledge and understanding of Financial Services Cloud instance Preferably with Insurance background Financial Services certification background & certification is a plus What you’ll like about working here?
