Job Description:

MakeSense Software Services (PH) Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team in Manila. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our Salesforce-powered solutions, ensuring they meet our clients' evolving needs. This is a full-time position with a remote role opportunity.

What you'll be doing

1. Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions, translating business requirements into scalable and secure technical implementations
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to drive the successful delivery of Salesforce projects
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
4. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our offerings
5. Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce-based systems, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
6. Participate in pre-sales activities, such as solution design, proof-of-concepts, and proposal development

What we're looking for

1. Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect or Technical Consultant, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem
2. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration with external systems
3. Expertise in Salesforce security, governance, and compliance best practices
4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
6. Experience in leading and mentoring teams of Salesforce developers and administrators
7. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and DevOps practices
