What we’re looking for: We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of multi‑channel campaigns that drive real business results. This is a highly collaborative role, perfect for a well‑rounded marketer who’s excited to both strategize and execute. You’ll manage day‑to‑day operations, coordinate across internal and external teams, and support a variety of lead generation, content, and brand‑building efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, creative, and passionate about building marketing systems that scale. Whether you’re producing webinars, managing ad campaigns, crafting email sequences, or preparing reports—you’re someone who gets things done and continuously looks for ways to optimize. Responsibilities—what you’ll do: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars, and events Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations and coordinate tasks across internal teams, freelancers, and vendors Build, test, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales goals Create and maintain marketing collateral, social content, email copy, and creative briefs Track and report on campaign performance, share actionable insights, and recommend improvements Support webinar production, event promotion, and other demand generation initiatives Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across brand and messaging Maintain and update web pages or landing pages using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) Contribute to graphic creation and campaign visuals (Canva or equivalent tools) Take on special projects that strengthen marketing foundations and set you up for growth in a leadership track Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Apollo Experience managing or supporting campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, ads, SEO, events, etc.) Strong content and copywriting skills with attention to voice, tone, and accuracy Hands‑on experience with webinars, landing pages, and basic CRM management Solid understanding of analytics and performance reporting High proficiency in project management and organization, with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities This position is for serious, career‑oriented candidates Preferred Qualifications: Background or strong interest in architecture/design or legal/Hispanic marketing Experience in event marketing or trade show planning Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and how to optimize messaging for organic reach Working knowledge of ClickUp or other project management tools Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) Fluency in Spanish is a plus, especially in client‑facing or content creation contexts Other qualities we look for: Self‑starter who is hungry to learn and grow Detail‑oriented with a high standard for quality and accuracy Collaborative and communicative—comfortable working with cross‑functional teams Open to feedback and eager to iterate and improve Capable of balancing creativity with data‑driven decision‑making Passionate about crafting campaigns that speak directly to the needs of the audience Adaptable and resourceful in fast‑paced environments Professionalism What we offer: Best salaries in the industry Permanent ability to work from anywhere in the world Opportunities for growth and advancement A fast‑paced and collaborative environment Warm and friendly company culture Full benefits Benefits at Persona: Health insurance Unlimited paid time off (paid sick and vacation leaves) Annual bonuses based on performance Monthly tech allowance Opportunity to be paid in your currency of choice This is a full‑time and long‑term role, dedicated exclusively to serving one of our clients.
