Join us As the Media Implementation Senior Associate, you will be responsible for delivering support for Google Ads and analytics products, from problem management to security and technology support. Responsibilities Responsible for ad creation and modification in Google Ads, which requires great customer service skills and ability to manage multiple clients in a fast‑paced environment. Understand client marketing/business objectives and identify the most efficient way to implement different campaigns aligned with client objectives. Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat and video conferencing as needed. Understand client requirements and implement them with stringent quality parameters. Follow standard operating procedures with regard to campaign implementation while maintaining efficiency throughout the entire process. Manage expectations of stakeholders by providing support and route them to appropriate teams if needed. Respond and handle client requirements on assigned cases within Service Level Agreement. Develop mastery on the product and use this to resolve support requests. Employ strong, clear communication skills with your customers and colleagues, displaying your enthusiasm and a desire to succeed. Minimum Qualifications Strong communication, customer service, relationship management and support skills. Minimum 12 months experience in customer handling (for email and chat processes). Analytical mindset and keen to details. Highly responsive and productive under time pressure; able to consistently deal with high volumes and prioritize the work accordingly. Project Management skills. Above average Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, string functions, logical functions & pivot tables). Preferred Qualifications Client handling experience for advertising products like Google Ads (Search, Display, Mobile), Google Analytics (PPC ROI tracking) with knowledge of various online advertising models (Search, Display, Mobile, Video) and revenue models (such as Pay‑per‑click, Cost‑per‑thousand‑impressions, Cost‑per‑view and/or Cost‑per‑acquisition).
