Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Craft compelling and engaging written content for social media posts, ensuring brand voice consistency. Research, write, and edit blog posts on industry-relevant topics, demonstrating strong storytelling skills. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively suggest new ideas to improve our social media presence. Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns. Assist in analyzing social media performance metrics and generating reports to identify areas for improvement. Support the creation of visual content (e.g., graphics, videos) to complement written posts, or coordinate with design resources. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar and style. Demonstrated interest or experience in blogging, content marketing, or journalistic writing. Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive and creative mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for digital communication.
