Digital Media Senior Associate - Customer Support (Titanium/Gold) - DV360 Join us at Google Operations Center to help users solve problems and achieve their goals while enjoying a culture focused on continuous improvement. As the Digital Media Senior Associate you will provide platform support for the DoubleClick Suite of products such as DV360, SA360, AB, Studio, CM360 etc. Key deliverables include product support. You will respond to advertiser or agency queries via email and chat channels, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and constantly update clients’ issues. All efforts help ensure that our ad products work and customers achieve desired results. Position Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DoubleClick Bid Manager, Campaign Manager and rich media publisher page issues, Search Ads 360, including creative, line item, tag, ad‑serving, etc. Provide product, troubleshooting and workflow guidance and training to new hires in the support team. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Engineering and Ad Approval to drive customer communications, product feedback, feature requests and technical issue resolution. Educate customers on product usage via emails and phone calls. Serve as point of contact for projects led by the escalation management team to improve customer experience and internal operational effectiveness. Work on internal product initiatives such as process automation and product improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English skills. Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience with a strong academic record. Minimum two years of strong technical troubleshooting experience in online advertising/analytics products or hardware troubleshooting products. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting advertising products such as AdWords (search, display, shopping, mobile), Google Analytics, and online advertising models. Front‑end web programming experience in HTML or JavaScript and proficiency writing SQL queries. Strong customer service skills and ability to make decisions based on best interests of the customers. Analytical mindset with ability to recommend internal process improvements. Highly responsible and productive under time pressure with ability to prioritize high volumes of work.
