The Design Manager takes the lead in the successful preparation, review, implementation, completion, and continuous improvement of all design requirements (master planning, architectural, interior and/or landscape) and solutions while maintaining high quality, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, code compliance, and sustainability. Minimum Qualifications With Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a Licensed Architect. Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in real estate firms/related industries and/or handled various design, construction, land/property development functions in managerial level. Excellent in all aspects of communication, including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills With a very strong critical thinking, creative/aesthetic, technical, value engineering, problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent project management and master planning skills. With in-depth knowledge and understanding of Design and Construction Management – pre-con, actual con and post con activities. Highly proficient in all aspects of innovative designs, building codes, and QA/QC standards of the Philippine real estate/construction industries. Highly proficient in various software applications such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. With strong leadership and organizational development skills. Very keen on details, specifically on design and construction computations and compliance with local/international codes/standards. Highly proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
