Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS). Ensure compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations and other relevant financial laws. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports. Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank transactions. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial processes and controls. Qualifications Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) . Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience , preferably in banking or financial services. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
