About This Job

The AI Engineer will be responsible for leading a team conducting AI and innovation experiments across multiple platforms. The team will focus on mining complex and unstructured data sets using advanced statistical methods to support data-driven decision making. This role includes providing architectural oversight for a portfolio of AI projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and application of AI models and algorithms to improve business operations and answer key questions. Identify projects that can benefit from AI insights.
  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and AI systems to enhance performance and automation.
  • Create and refine prompts for AI models to improve output relevance and efficiency.
  • Utilize existing AI frameworks and tools to solve problems, predict outcomes, and identify efficiencies. Assess AI model performance and suggest improvements.
  • Lead research, analysis, and experimentation on AI applications within the organization. Manipulate large structured and unstructured data sets to identify patterns and insights.
  • Provide recommendations to decision-makers based on AI research findings.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience delivering AI-enabled products and solutions, preferably in a regulated industry such as financial services.
  • 3-5 years in AI engineering, machine learning development, or natural language processing (preferred).
  • Strong ability to develop and optimize AI models across multiple platforms.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
