They are seeking an exceptional Senior IT Specialist (AI Engineering) to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will drive AI innovation and oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to production, while ensuring responsible AI practices.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered enterprise solutions.
  • Define and execute the AI engineering strategy, aligned with business and technology goals.
  • Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, ensuring ethical, transparent, and responsible AI practices.
  • Collaborate with product, data science, and UX teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI engineering team.
  • Monitor emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable, enterprise-ready solutions.


What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 10+ years in technology roles, with 5+ years leading AI engineering teams.
  • Proven experience in MLOps, AI/ML frameworks, cloud architecture, and production-level deployments.
  • Expertise in data pipelines, model management, and deploying AI at enterprise scale.
  • Strong grasp of Agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to bridge technical and business domains.
  • A passion for building inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven teams.
