Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models to solve complex business and technical problems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and workflows.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
  • Research, experiment, and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques (e.g., NLP, computer vision, deep learning, reinforcement learning).
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference.
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and explainability.
  • Develop APIs, services, and tools to make AI models accessible to business applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Document AI workflows, architectures, and deployment processes for team knowledge-sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
  • Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured/unstructured data.
  • Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or generative AI.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
