Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with corporate clients. This role involves identifying potential leads, developing sales strategies, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic approach to sales.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting — Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and lead generation tools; develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects to drive sales opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning — Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share; conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building — Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations; conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to communicate value proposition.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing — Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closing; prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in alignment with client needs and company policies.
  • Account Management — Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention; address client inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting — Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards targets; prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Internal Collaboration & Teamwork — Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts and address client needs; share insights and feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategy.
  • Professional Development — Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products; participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Knowledge & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a relevant industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of preferred skills: experience with sales in a specific industry or market; knowledge of contract management and procurement processes; ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies; familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques
