he Operations Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions within the healthcare facility to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource utilization. This role requires a proactive leader with strong healthcare management experience, analytical ability, and a passion for improving patient services and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility or department to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient flow, scheduling, and service quality. Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency. Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) such as patient satisfaction, wait times, and staff productivity. Lead and develop staff through coaching, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, safety standards, and infection control procedures. Support strategic initiatives such as technology integration, process improvement, and quality assurance programs. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Prepare operational reports and present performance insights to senior leadership. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare account Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, JCAHO, etc.). Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross‑departmental collaboration. Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in healthcare management software (e.g., EMR/EHR systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with budgeting, reporting, and process improvement.
