Job Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient business operations. You'll oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate teams, manage SALES , and enhance overall productivity and efficiency across departments.

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training.
  • Ensure excellent patient experience and handle service feedback or complaints.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control.
  • Supervise inventory, purchasing, and supplier management.
  • Implement and maintain clinic SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Coordinate with medical and aesthetic teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Support marketing, promotions, and patient retention initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular performance and financial reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
