Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support and manage troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system access issues. Maintain and update the IT asset register, including setup, configuration, tracking, and logistics of company hardware. Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for client and staff, ensuring timely setup, deployment, and retrieval of equipment. Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for equipment sourcing, repairs, and delivery while ensuring quality and compliance with SLAs. Monitor support tickets, onboarding/offboarding progress, and asset movements through HubSpot to maintain accurate documentation. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance IT operations and asset management efficiency. Conduct IT onboarding, induction, and refresher training sessions to ensure staff awareness and compliance with company policies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT operations, technical support, or infrastructure management. Hands-on experience with IMAC, ITSM, ITIL, IAM, PMO, CRM, M365, Windows 11, Azure AD, and Intune. Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills with attention to detail. Proficient in IT asset management and documentation using tools such as HubSpot or similar systems. Full lifecycle asset management experience essential, covering procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal processes. Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Willing to report onsite three times a week in Ortigas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
