The HRTP works with management and employees to maintain a positive work environment, support organizational goals, and improve employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Act as point of contact for employees regarding HR- related issues, concerns, and policies. Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication between management and staff. Performance Management: Guide managers on performance appraisal processes and provide training on effective feedback and evaluation methods. Help design and implement performance improvement plans when necessary. Training and Development: Facilitate workshops or training sessions related to HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement. Policy Implementation: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied throughout the organization. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Handling Grievance cases filed in Department of Labor and Employment: Function as a liaison between the company and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) when grievance cases are filed. Conduct thorough investigations into grievances, gathering relevant information and documentation from all parties involved. Prepare and submit required documentation and response to DOLE as needed. Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to address complex cases and ensure compliance with labor laws. Work towards resolution of grievances through mediation or negotiation, striving to maintain positive employee relations and minimize potential disputes. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement. Provide regular reports to management on HR- related issues, including employee satisfaction.
