I. JOB SUMMARY: The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall HR and administrative functions of the organization. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving employee engagement and retention. The position will manage a team of HR professionals and ensure the implementation of best practices in talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development, compliance, and employee relations within a dynamic IT environment. II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports To CEO / Country Manager Supervises: Admin & HR Officer HR Compliance Officer Interaction Closely coordinates with external resources timekeeper. Close work coordination with Accounting Associate and Finance Manager III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives. Partner with senior management to identify workforce needs, succession planning, and organizational design. Provide strategic advice and counsel to management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 2. Talent Acquisition and Management Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top IT talent. Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees. 3. Performance Management and Employee Development Drive the implementation of performance management systems, including KPI setting and appraisal processes. Identify training and development needs; design and implement learning programs and career development plans. Coach and mentor managers to enhance leadership capabilities. 4. Compensation and Benefits (Total Rewards) Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and incentive programs. Benchmark compensation against industry standards to ensure internal and external pay equity. Support the design of reward and recognition programs that reinforce a culture of performance. 5. Employee Engagement and Relations Build and sustain a positive work culture that promotes collaboration and open communication. Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend action plans for improvement. 6. HR Operations and Compliance Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and statutory requirements. Oversee employee 201 and other HR related systems and ensure accurate and timely employee data management. Lead HR audits, internal reporting, and documentation requirements. 7. Organizational Development Partner with management to drive organizational change initiatives. Develop and review HR policies to ensure alignment with business objectives and legal updates. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across the organization. IV. PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Strong Leadership and People Management Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices Proficient in Microsoft Office tools High Integrity, confidentiality and professionalism V. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or any related field Master’s degree or HR Certification (e.g. SHRM, CHRP or equivalent) is an advantage Experience: Minimum of 8 to years progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in managerial or senior HR leadership role Proven experience in a start-up company, IT industry with fast paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
