Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and international standards. Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. Demonstrated experience in strategic HR management for high-performing or multinational organizations. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and modern HR technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
