Job Summary

Join a dynamic, U.S.-based technology services firm supporting clients in the implementation of financial management and ERP systems and specialized add-on modules. We're seeking a Client Success Manager who will manage the full client lifecycle—from initial client inquiry and demo through implementation coordination, user training, and ongoing support.

This role blends sales enablement with implementation consulting and client relationship management. If you're a strong communicator with accounting knowledge and a passion for guiding clients, this is a high-impact opportunity with room to grow into broader consulting roles.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the client relationship from pre-sale scoping through post-go-live support for a Sage Intacct add-on module.
  • Conduct product demos, respond to client inquiries, and support the close of qualified inbound opportunities.
  • Translate client needs into clear implementation requirements and collaborate with internal developers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee the full implementation cycle: onboarding, requirements gathering, system configuration, UAT, and go-live.
  • Deliver clear, effective end-user training and ensure all documentation is complete and high quality.
  • Provide ongoing post-launch support and serve as the first escalation point for client issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical and consulting teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of project milestones, tasks, and communication.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuously improve internal processes.
  • Apply practical accounting knowledge (AP, cash management, payment workflows) to client conversations and decision-making.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing project coordination, implementation, or consulting—preferably in SaaS, fintech, or accounting solutions.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or stakeholders in a professional services or support setting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead demos, guide implementations, and manage client relationships.
  • Working knowledge of accounting workflows, especially AP and cash management.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Comfort using collaboration and PM tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project trackers, video conferencing).
  • Ability to work flexible U.S. and/or EMEA hours, with the potential for increased scheduling flexibility over time depending on client preferences and independent performance in the role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sage Intacct or other ERP/accounting systems.
  • Prior exposure to business analysis, pre-sales support, or SaaS onboarding.
  • Experience liaising between clients and development teams.
  • Familiarity with SQL or JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
