Position Overview
The Client Success Officer is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. This role bridges the gap between sales and service delivery, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes and continue to see value from our programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to service.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and support.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Monitor client progress and proactively address concerns to ensure success.
- Collect feedback and relay insights to improve company services and offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, client management, or account management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
