Job Description
Supported by onboarding and training, you will work as part of a team providing service and support to customers across Australia as well as colleagues in Australia and the Philippines.

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for

  • Proactively assisting clients to identify and address conveyancing or building inspection needs
  • Taking accountability for issue resolution and escalating problems where needed
  • Achieving individual KPI targets
  • Maintaining a strong communication culture to achieve team targets
  • Demonstrating company values and behaviours
  • Continuously improving the customer experience

Qualifications

You should provide great customer experiences, build relationships quickly, and work autonomously to meet fixed deadlines. You are highly organized and reliable, and able to connect with customers to ensure solutions meet their needs.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 2-3 years direct customer contact with Australian / NZ, US or UK customers
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relations
  • Motivated and target driven with a proven sales track record
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Good work ethic
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure

Working Location and Requirements

  • Home-based initially; Makati head office when possible
  • Conducive home office, noise-free
  • Wired internet >= 5 Mbps; backup >= 3 Mbps
