We are looking for a Contract Management Specialist to draft and manage vendor contracts and support Google stakeholders with high-quality service.

As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting vendor contracts, including changes and modifications, and ensuring contracts are executed efficiently and on time. You will respond to drafting requests from stakeholders such as vendor managers, operational support teams, and legal as needed.

Position Responsibilities
  • Draft and edit vendor contracts based on stakeholder feedback
  • Respond to requests from internal business and legal stakeholders in accordance with set standards
  • Highlight risk and potential issues in contract requirements and recommend steps to reduce contract risks
  • Oversee the contract lifecycle, including tracking and expediting contributions from various teams to ensure timely fulfillment of Google and vendor obligations
  • Administer contracts through Google contracting systems
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives through specialized projects, including detailed contract analysis, compliance auditing, and reporting
  • Support contract management and administration related tasks
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience working in contracts administration, contracts management, and/or related legal fields
  • Experience working with vendor contracts, including reviewing, drafting, and amending standard templates
