Customer Service Associate / Customer Service Representative (Multiple Openings)

Responsibilities
  • Prompt and accurate order creation and processing (voice/electronic) in accordance with policies and system procedures.
  • Log, follow up, and close complaints based on defined service levels and SLAs with various departments (Logistics, Operations, Commercial, Technical, Procurement).
  • Manage customer interactions according to defined call flow parameters to achieve satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
  • Coordinate and execute inquiries, requests, and tasks within defined service levels to exceed customer expectations.
  • Inform and regularly update clients on the company’s customer contact tools to facilitate order fulfillment.
  • Onsite work with shifting, evening, or fixed shifts depending on role.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree; or college undergraduate/associate level; fresh graduates welcome to apply for some roles; 0-5 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or back office often required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication; some roles require fluency in Filipino.
  • Good computer navigation skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite (e.g., Makati, Taguig, Alabang) with varying shifts.
  • Experience in BPO is an advantage for many postings; some roles specify 12+ months required for TSR positions, others welcome non-graduates with related experience.
