Primary Job ResponsibilityAccountable for generating sales from existing portfolio and new corporate accounts from assigned areas, brokers, and agents. Primary Job ResponsibilityAccountable for generating sales from existing portfolio and new corporate accounts from assigned areas, brokers, and agents.General ResponsibilitiesSales Target Achievement:Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets through the acquisition of new accounts and retention of existing portfolios. Analyze and endorse proposals to immediate superiors based on approved limits on rates from Actuarial. Recommend pricing, benefits packages, and other strategies to ensure account closure and renewal. Client Interaction And NegotiationAnalyze, discuss, and negotiate with clients for closing and/or renewal of accounts. Review and escalate pricing and benefits concerns to immediate superiors for resolution. Collaborate and schedule meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients. Proposal Preparation And DocumentationCollate data, prepare client proposals, update presentation materials, and ensure the completeness of supporting documents. Ensure compliance with contract stipulations and company policies. Reporting And AnalysisPrepare and submit periodic utilization reports to clients and brokers. Submit weekly reports on client information, sales updates, and customer feedback. Conduct research for sales leads and submit accurate baseline information. Customer Relationship ManagementConduct marketing campaigns for voluntary enrollment. Conduct periodic visits and meetings with clients to build relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely delivery of services. Policy Compliance And ImprovementEnsure compliance with Know-Your-Client (KYC) policies and good governance. Review and update presentation materials and proposal programs based on client requirements. Recommend and elevate complex client issues to immediate superiors. Skills And RequirementsEducational Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related 4-year course. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate sales or a related field. Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
