Overview We are hiring a dynamic Regional Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations in Bacolod, Albay. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate leasing or property management, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Location Bacolod, Albay, Philippines Work Mode Work From Office Role Regional Leasing Manager What You’ll Do Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, prospects, and brokers. Analyze lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate property tours and presentations for potential clients. Prepare reports on leasing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in leasing or property management (4+ years). Strong negotiation skills and sales acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using property management software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
