Direct message the job poster from SM Supermalls Primarily focused in leasing out of the projects to deliver occupancy targets of Mall Offices. Qualifications: 8 years in experience in the Corporate Real Estate industry with adept lease negotiation, operations, account and property management. Business Management Graduate, preferably with basic knowledge on Real Estate and Philippine Civil Code. Clear and dynamic communicator with strong persuasive negotiation skills. Competent in contract review backed by knowledge on Philippine Civil Code and Real Estate laws. Good corporate governance to drive the Department’s performance. Proficient in MS Office / Property Management / Financial Management. With excellent negotiation and presentation skills Willing to work on-site (Pasay) Roles and Responsibilities: LEASE MANAGEMENT Collaborate with the executive representatives and leaders of the brokerage firms in marketing of the projects. Constantly evaluate and look for opportunities for Department growth. BUSINESS PLANNING Liaise with Program Management and Office of the BU Head in strategizing the expansion projects. Assist Program Management in reviewing, developing and execution of the project business plans. INNOVATIONS (LEASING/ACCOUNTS MGT) Constantly review and recommend process improvement in Leasing to optimize the Department’s performance and productivity. Collate notable customer concerns and feedback to put together systematized improvement of product and business process.
