Job Summary The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the day‑to‑day operations of the healthcare subsidiaries under Karl Group Holdings Corporation. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with healthcare regulations, and high‑quality patient service delivery. The position also supports business strategies aimed at improving performance, patient satisfaction, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in medical and healthcare operations, understands hospital or clinic workflows, and can bridge administrative and clinical teams to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Operations Oversight Supervise and monitor daily operations across healthcare facilities and clinics. Ensure all operational activities align with company objectives and healthcare industry standards. Maintain compliance with DOH, PhilHealth, and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Healthcare Strategy & Business Support Collaborate with management and medical directors in developing and implementing operational and business strategies. Analyze operational data, patient volume, and service trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend initiatives that enhance healthcare service offerings, patient care quality, and profitability. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track KPIs covering operations, patient satisfaction, and revenue performance. Consolidate and analyze reports from healthcare facilities for executive review. Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Process & Efficiency Improvement Streamline and standardize administrative and clinical workflows. Implement process improvements and automation tools to enhance productivity. Oversee inventory, procurement, and resource management to support healthcare operations efficiently. Leadership & Coordination Provide guidance and direction to healthcare facility heads and support staff. Foster collaboration between medical professionals, administrative teams, and management. Promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in Healthcare Administration is an advantage). At least 7–10 years of experience in operations management within hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and patient service standards. Proven leadership, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, healthcare information systems (HIS/EMR), and data analytics tools is an advantage.
