Job Description Design and implement talent development programs to support business objectives. Analyze organizational needs and recommend solutions for workforce planning. Cross boarder collaboration for talent planning and succession planning Collaborate with leadership to drive change management initiatives. Implement DE&I initiatives Develop and oversee succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity. Monitor and evaluate the success of talent initiatives and adjust as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Org and Talent Development HR Business Partner should have: Strong background in consulting or org and talent development Experience in talent management, succession planning, and workforce development. Ability to partner with leadership teams and influence decision-making. Proven expertise in creating and delivering training programs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
