Manage online listings, social media presence, and community outreach efforts. Handle resident concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of leasing or property management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage). Knowledge of local housing laws and Fair Housing regulations. Proven ability to meet or exceed leasing and revenue goals. Professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
