Job Overview As a Sales & Operations - Live Commerce Manager , you will play a pivotal role in the success of our live commerce platform. You will be responsible for driving sales through live commerce channels such as TikTok and other platforms, optimizing our live commerce operations, including sales strategies, planning, and partner management. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the success of our live commerce end‑to‑end solution. Key Responsibilities Driving Sales: Utilize live commerce channels (e.g., TikTok) to actively generate and boost sales and acquire new clients. Streamlined Execution: Ensure flawless execution of live commerce events; coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Store Ops, Brand, CS, Partners) for smooth delivery. Holistic Approach: Employ a blend of sales expertise, operational management skills, and a passion for enhancing live shopping experiences. Optimizing Operations: Lead efforts to optimize the live commerce solution by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and managing collaboration with internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies). Market Expansion: Expand our market presence within the live commerce industry and contribute to the overarching success of our solution. Requirements 3+ years of experience in end‑to‑end live streaming operations, event and content production, broadcasting, or advertising. Proven experience in live commerce, e‑commerce, or digital marketing, with a track record of successful sales generation through live streaming channels. Experience developing and implementing effective sales strategies specific to the live commerce industry. Familiarity with various live streaming platforms and understanding how to leverage them for sales and engagement. Operational management experience to ensure smooth execution of live commerce events. Strong collaboration and management skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external partners. Familiarity with tools for live streaming and e‑commerce, including analytics and data‑driven decision making. Experience in the creative industry (e.g., marketing agency, TV channel) beneficial.
