The Live Host / Live Seller is the face of the brand during live streaming sessions on various e-commerce and social media platforms. This role is responsible for presenting products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner to drive online sales and boost customer engagement. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident on camera, and skilled at real-time customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Host live selling sessions on platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, or Lazada Live

· Present products in an enthusiastic, clear, and persuasive manner to drive viewer interest and sales

· Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and respond to comments during the live session

· Highlight product features, benefits, usage tips, pricing, and promotions accurately and engagingly

· Prepare scripts, talking points, and props ahead of each session

· Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging, promotions, and featured items

· Monitor live metrics (e.g., viewer count, engagement, conversion rate) and adjust delivery on the spot

· Follow up with the team on orders, inquiries, and post-live customer concerns

· Continuously research trends, competitors, and best practices to improve live performance

· Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and professionalism across all live appearances

· Sales Target Ownership & Performance Accountability: Drive sales to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets during live sessions; contribute to overall revenue goals.

· Product Knowledge & Presentation:

· Maintain a deep understanding of The Beauty Closet's product line, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.

· Present products in an engaging and compelling manner, emphasizing unique selling points and customer benefits.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to prepare content and visuals for live sessions.

· Demonstrate product usage live—like swatching, applying, or comparing products—to visually showcase results and texture.

· Stay updated on live-selling algorithm changes, features, and trends for each platform (e.g., TikTok pinning, Shopee Live Flash Deals).

· Ensure camera, lighting, audio, and product setup are optimized for a professional and visually appealing live experience.

· Gather and relay customer feedback to the product or marketing team.

Qualifications:

· Experience in hosting, selling, public speaking, or content creation (preferably live selling)

· Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills

· Sales-driven mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior

· Familiar with social media and e-commerce platforms' live streaming tools

· Charismatic, confident, and quick-thinking under pressure

· Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or peak sale periods

· Knowledge of product trends in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or relevant categories is a plus

· With basic understanding of beauty products

· Tagalog and English fluency; other local dialects a bonus
