As we continue to grow in Southeast Asia, we’re seeking a talented and charismatic Brand Ambassador based in Manila to lead awareness, education, and execution efforts across the Philippines. The Role As the National Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of ABM in the Philippines—building relationships with bartenders, hospitality professionals, distributors, and retailers. You’ll lead training sessions, brand activations, and sales support initiatives that build category excitement and brand loyalty. You’ll collaborate with our local distributor and the broader ABM APAC team to ensure creative brand campaigns are brought to life—driving awareness, demand, and sales. Key Responsibilities Brand Training & Advocacy Deliver engaging and educational product trainings to bartenders, baristas, hotel teams, and retail staff. Plan and execute high-impact brand activations, events, competitions, and tastings to boost visibility and trial. Sales & Brand Support Work closely with the sales and distributor teams to support strategic accounts, customer meetings, and sell-in presentations. Capture and share market feedback, trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to improve brand presence. Support trade marketing programs, visual merchandising, POS deployment, and digital storytelling from the field. Build strong relationships with bar owners, F&B managers, distributor reps, and local industry influencers. Visit key regional markets across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to support training, activations, and account engagement. Who You Are Based in Manila with flexibility to travel nationally. 2+ years’ experience in brand ambassador, sales, trade marketing, or hospitality leadership roles (ideally in alcohol, mixers, or F&B). Passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences. Strong presentation skills—comfortable leading training and engaging groups. Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with strong communication skills. Familiar with both on-premise (bars, hotels) and off-premise (retail, distributors) environments.
