Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand at retail stores, trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Educate customers and sales teams about the features, benefits, and value of our air conditioning products.
  • Demonstrate product usage and answer technical or performance-related questions confidently.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to report to the marketing and product teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet brand visibility and sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all air conditioning products, including energy efficiency standards, smart technology features, and warranty details.
  • Create and share engaging social media content to promote the brand and products (optional/digital ambassadors).
  • Ensure product displays are attractive, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Build strong relationships with store staff, customers, and community stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a brand ambassador, promoter, or similar role (preferably in appliances, electronics, or HVAC industry).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical understanding of air conditioning systems is a strong advantage (training provided if needed).
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and manage promotional materials.
  • High school diploma required; diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or HVAC-related fields is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
