Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy and Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception using external research and internal analysis. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to refine brand positioning and messaging. Own and manage the marketing budget aligned to company growth objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, and advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Experiment, test and innovate using upcoming marketing technology, new media channels and AI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, tech, and CRM teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and customer relationship management efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience within the Foodpanda app. Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to leverage best practices and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Media Planning and Buying: Develop media plans and budgets to support marketing objectives across ATL, BTL, and digital channels. Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and maximize ROI. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven record in marketing leadership roles, preferably consumer driven tech or e-commerce industry with 6-10 years experience
  • Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and product features
  • Knowledge on media planning & buying is a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and user engagement across food delivery and pick up
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement in-app and outside of the app

Qualifications

  • Proven record in marketing leadership roles, preferably consumer driven tech or e-commerce industry with 3-5 years of experience
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated expertise in deploying targeted campaigns across in-app platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
