We are seeking a Construction Manager with strong expertise in permits processing and team leadership for solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing project managers, engineers, and installation crews—and preferably hold a PMP certification. Key Responsibilities: Lead construction activities for solar projects from planning to commissioning. Manage and secure all required construction permits, ensuring full compliance with local, regional, and national regulations. Coordinate with government agencies, stakeholders, and clients to expedite approvals. Supervise and mentor project managers and installation teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. Track project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, implementing corrective measures when needed. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and environmental guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical /Electronics Engineering, or related field (licensed engineer preferred). Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction/project management in the solar or renewable energy sector. Strong knowledge of permitting processes and compliance requirements. Proven leadership in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams. PMP certification preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Why Join Us?
