Responsibilities Lead the recruitment processes for Unitra Maritime Manila Inc., focused on hiring qualified Filipino seafarers. Work closely with maritime professionals to fill vacancies aboard various types of vessels. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract the best maritime candidate. Evaluate candidates\' qualifications in accordance with the STCW Code and company standards. Maintain compliance with maritime regulations and industry standards throughout the hiring process. Educational Qualifications Minimum bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 1 to 3 years of experience working in a maritime industry. Skills and Competencies Proficient in various recruiting techniques and employee relations. Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft computer software. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to screen candidates effectively. A keen eye for detail in all aspects of recruitment. Coordinate and implement effective recruiting strategies. Develop relationships with potential candidates. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring process and uploading of seafarer\'s information in the database. Conduct interviews and assess applicants based on company needs and job requirements. Work with management to forecast hiring needs and set recruitment goals. Ensure compliance with labor regulations throughout the recruitment process. Working Conditions Office setting May require occasional travel for job fairs and recruiting events. Qualities and Traits Strong decision-making and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Driven by results and motivated by challenges. A personable and approachable demeanor. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
