You'll have a good background in Agile methodologies and project management, with experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud or other talent acquisition applications.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Manage the updating of ADO boards.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates to partners and senior management.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related courses.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or related talent acquisition systems is a plus.
