Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end turnover process of residential units, ensuring quality standards and timely handover to clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers/staff to deliver seamless unit inspections, punch list resolutions, and client satisfaction.
  • Review unit inspection reports, monitor punch list closures, and ensure quality standards are met prior to client move-in.
  • Coordinate with Project Development, Construction, and Customer Care to resolve unit concerns.
  • Prepare and implement turnover work plans and schedules, ensuring efficient team deployment and target achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide regular progress updates and turnover reports to management.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives for turnover operations.
Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (PRC).
  • 3–5 years of experience in unit turnover, construction, or property management.
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of engineers or staff handling unit turnovers.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig and to project sites as required.
