Job Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end turnover process of residential units, ensuring quality standards and timely handover to clients. Lead and mentor a team of engineers/staff to deliver seamless unit inspections, punch list resolutions, and client satisfaction. Review unit inspection reports, monitor punch list closures, and ensure quality standards are met prior to client move-in. Coordinate with Project Development, Construction, and Customer Care to resolve unit concerns. Prepare and implement turnover work plans and schedules, ensuring efficient team deployment and target achievement. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client satisfaction metrics. Provide regular progress updates and turnover reports to management. Support continuous process improvement initiatives for turnover operations. Qualifications At least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (PRC). 3–5 years of experience in unit turnover, construction, or property management. Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of engineers or staff handling unit turnovers. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig and to project sites as required.
