The QA Officer supports the Director in carrying out day-to-day QA activities across the organization. The role ensures the cleanliness, condition, and safety of facilities and assets, coordinates with Business Unit Quality Heads, and drives continuous improvement of quality processes and standards.

  • Oversee QA activities for organizational assets and operations, focusing on cleanliness, condition, and safety.
  • Work with Business Unit Quality Heads to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues.
  • Recommend and help implement solutions to address challenges in asset maintenance and reliability.
  • Monitor recurring concerns, assist in root-cause analysis, and recommend preventive actions.
  • Support updates of the QA Manual to align with regulatory, industry, and organizational changes.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of QA audits and inspections to ensure audit readiness.
  • Gather, analyze, and report QA data (e.g., defects, incidents, safety metrics) to guide management decisions.
