Meet the team:

On a mission to find the right talent to support Dexcom to empower people to take control of health. The TA team aims to hire the right people who will fit the culture and live the same values as the rest of the employees while bringing their unique selves. Talent Acquisition supports and drives increased access to our device by succeeding in the global location strategy. By increasing the employee footprint of Dexcom in Asia Pacific by hiring the right talent, we enable a profitable and sustainable business while delivering exceptional experiences to our candidates and internal stakeholders

Where you come in:

• You will be creating and implementing plans to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• You will closely partner with the different Talent Acquisition COEs to build and execute on recruiting and sourcing strategies for various roles with the intent of not only hiring of the right talent but make it cost efficient, as well.
• You will be a consultant to business leaders and advise as well as influence hiring decisions by providing data and insights into the market and industry.
• You will deliver to the commitments to grow the GBS of Dexcom in the Philippines while ensuring excellent candidate experience.
• You will lead, keep engaged and develop a group of talented and dependable recruiters and TA representatives while driving results.
• You will protect the culture of Dexcom by living the values of “Think Big, Listen, Be Dependable and Serve with Integrity.”
• You will imbibe the Dexcom brand and values through your interactions with candidates and external service providers.

• You have successfully lead a team of performers driven to deliver on recruitment strategies to support the business.
• You have led, developed and managed a team successfully amidst a constantly changing, fast paced and highly matrixed environment.
• You are comfortable and able to manage through ambiguity.
• Your stakeholder, account and project management skills have been tested during complex and/or difficult situations.
• You see the value of building trust and can confidently interact with different types of stakeholders, leaders and teams.

Experience and Education Requirements: (this section should not be modified)

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 – 12 years of related/industry experience and 2-5 years of management or lead experience.
