Functions:

• Lead group in performing forward planning activities for the project
• Prepare a master schedule and be in charge of budget estimating for the project
• Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan
• Supervise the project, lead staff in execution, and manage quality, schedule, cost control, budget planning and monitoring, and construction planning
• Maintain customer requirements and expectations
• Organize the team of technical and administrative staff
• Supervise general contractors, subcontractors, and various trade contractors to ensure coherent collaboration to achieve project objectives
• Provide solutions to on-site concerns, make sound decisions, and ensure materials, labor, and equipment are utilized at the lowest cost
• Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment, and materials at the site
• Prepare and submit reports periodically and on time
• Ensure safety and quality programs are implemented diligently
• Formulate and implement site rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
• At least 4 years of experience in the related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia Batangas
• Solid experience in managing housing projects
• Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Overall Responsibility

• The Project Manager works across team markets to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities, contributing specialized knowledge and experience
• Execute and track issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams
